Mindful Communication Practice Group

(Small Group with 6 to 10 participants)

Do you yearn for authentic relationships in your life?

Do you wish to improve communication with your family, friends and people at work?

Do you desire to resolve conflicts in a peaceful manner?

Inspired by Marshall Rosenberg’s Compassionate Communication, this communication model will help you to reinforce your ability to connect with others through the practice of mindful and intentional dialogue.

In a confidential and supportive group environment, you'll have the opportunity to learn and practice skills that will help you to resolve conflicts with more ease, to begin to hear the needs of others with less struggle, and to express what you want more effectively.

Instead of responding and communicating while triggered, you will learn to slow down and re-direct your focus to your heart, thus, allowing you the opportunity to dissolve conflict and transform disagreements into connections and understanding.

At these group sessions, you are invited to strengthen your learning through activities such as group discussions, role-play of real life situations, empathy circles and etc.

With your commitment and willingness to learn and grow, these outcomes are possible:

     Become a stronger communicator

Express yourself more openly and confidently

Learn to be a better listener

     Improved relationships with others

Transform conflicts or disagreements into opportunities for connections and understanding in workplace, family setting and social circles

An increased sense of personal strength and self empowerment

The enjoyment of more inner peace and harmony
